Human Resources Administrator
Full Time, Monday-Friday, 8-5
Starting pay $16-$21/hour based on experience.

The Human Resources Administrator will perform a variety of administrative duties within the Human Resources Department. Primary duties include, but are not limited to, assisting with attendance management, administration of FMLA paperwork, responding to unemployment compensation paperwork, workers’ compensation, employment verification requests, health insurance eligibility/enrollment, accounts payable, payroll, and accounts receivable. Candidate must have strong organizational and phone skills

Requirements:
Typing: At least 35 WPM
Education: Minimum required: Associate degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or related field. A combination of education and years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or related field.

Experience: At least five years’ experience to include general knowledge of human resources, attendance management, accounting, finance, and payroll management. Two years’ direct customer relations experience. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. Excellent verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills. Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Lead Scheduling and Dispatch Manager
Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9-6
Starting pay $16-$21/hour based on experience.

The Scheduling and Dispatch Manager’s primary responsibility is to create vehicle operating schedules utilizing Abby Vans’ routing software to establish daily vehicle routes that meet Abby Vans contract requirements. The successful candidate for this position needs to be able to adjust routes to accommodate last minute changes due to driver absences, vehicle breakdowns, and trip changes. They are responsible for assigning trips to drivers and providing logistical assistance as needed in order to ensure each trip is completed timely, efficiently and with the highest degree of customer service. This position involves a variety of duties, including customer service, data entry, dispatching drivers on their routes, answering phones, receiving and communicating information and performing other technical and administrative functions, as required, in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements:
Typing: At least 35 WPM
Education: Minimum required: Associate degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Project Management, or other relevant field. A combination of education and years of experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.

Experience: Five years’ prior dispatch experience preferred. Two years’ direct customer relations experience required. Knowledge of public transportation operations including scheduling and development of vehicle and operator work assignments.
Fleet management experience. Working knowledge of Routematch or other scheduling systems, Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and understanding of transportation logistics is preferred. Skilled in technology to include GPS, mapping programs, tablets, vehicle camera systems and smart phones. Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel. Strong analysis and decision making skills.
Be a creative problem solver. Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings, weekends and holidays. Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations. Experience with managing multiple projects simultaneously and demonstrated leadership skills. Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.

Customer Service Representative

Full-time and Weekend Positions
Starting pay $11 – $14.00/hour based on experience

Requirements:
Computer experience required – 35 wpm minimum typing speed.
Typing test required at time of application.

1. Clearly communicate and answer all calls pertaining to client, driver and transportation needs.
2. Maintain customer records by updating trip information, address changes, and special needs requests.
3. Complete detailed Incident reports pertaining to customer’s complaints, driver issues, facility concerns, etc.
4. Perform excellent “Passenger Sensitivity Awareness” characteristics such as being friendly, courteous and patient to everyone – no exceptions.
5. Work towards peaceful resolution of conflicts, without being argumentative
6. Maintain accurate, legible and complete paperwork on a timely basis.
7. Operation of computer, keyboard, office phone and fax/printer
8. Work a variety of time frames to include early mornings, days and evenings.
9. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
10. Maintain cleanliness of personal work space to include clean and well groomed personal appearance at all time.
11. Attend all mandatory paid training as offered by Abby Vans.
12. Assist with any and all special work projects as directed by Management.

OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Applicants must have computer experience with a minimum 35 wpm typing speed and be able to work unsupervised.
